I can't stand this Dunkin. Unfortunately this is my neighborhood store and it always gets my order wrong. I've been turned away... at the opening of store hours being told their coffee AND espresso machines weren't ready for another 20 minutes. I REALLYdon't recommend getting their iced coffee. You'll either get a random flavor (for some reason it always tastes like burntpumpkin spice), or your body will be really quick to let you know they haven't cleaned their machine (which happens alot). They've handed me someone else's order several times. When I try to correct the mistake they argue. In fact, ANY time youtry to correct the mistake, they argue it. And the most aggravating thing is their closing time. The staff will shut down 20-60minutes prior to their actual closing time. I've been turned away so many times at night. Theyve told me they were out of foodand coffee -.- or that they were about to close (30 minutes prior to closing) and I need to come back in the morning. Do not go to this Dunkin always make ice coffee taste like there watery hot coffee. Ice Carmel latte had no taste at all asked 3... times to fix it and still no taste. The drive thru is always packed when I go, and when I do get my order they either burn my bagel or make my coffee less than... ideal. I would recommend going to another Dunkin? and avoiding this one. Read more
The food was on point, awesome customer service. I had an issue with the app and the lady was pleasant and helped me with... resolving the issue. And they made my coffee perfect. I can't tell you the amount of DD trips I've made where they couldn't makethe coffee right or the food good. Read more
