Some heavy-set Latin chick handed all the white and Latin people (ahead of me) their bag in their hands and told them "have a... nice day". Ms. "Maria" was either racist or rude towards me. Let's just say rude since we already know that most people aretaught to hate blacks. Yeah, so she sat my bag on the pick up counter, looked me in the eyes, yelled out my order and walkedaway. They can't ever get a drink order made correctly and the doughnuts are always very dry. Ive tried over 10 times because its... close and kids wanted a snack, hoping different time of day or staff would change outcome. Place was as quality as the photo I took. This establishment does not belong in a busy train transit center. The lines are... uber-cramped, especially since there are TWO separate businesses in a space the size of Harry Potter's bedroom. Only reason this place isn?t 1 star... for the morning shift, there are two ladies who are always nice and on top of what they... are doing, usually one receiving coffee orders and the other on the register, the rest are very unhappy and make it very obviousand look like they need a better nights rest. The heavy set gentleman is the slowest of them all with NO sense of urgency. If it weren't for the friendly and helpful woman who is usually found at the register (I believe her name is Ruth), there would... be one or more fewer stars ... she keeps the place running when it would otherwise move at a snail's pace.
