Went up to the register to the cashier saying "what do you want?" I placed my order and waited for my food, another member of my... party was able to go to the ShopRite register to buy something, wait for assistance at the self checkout, and come back to stillhave to wait another 10 mins (took about 20 mins). What is the malfunction? I ordered a bagel and two pieces of avocado toast. I was back in about 10 minutes. Of course my order... was barely started even though there was absolutely no line at all, and ?when I got it, the ?toast?was just plain bread?! Iasked him if he could toast them he tried to agrue with me?? that they were toasted?? even though I was clearly squishing theice cold bread in my hand?! He proceeded to make me two more. What a waste. When he was finished I told him I would just keepthe old ones because it would just be wasteful to throw them away, he refused to let me keep them! Lol and then took them to thebreak room so more than likely he?ll be snackin on them later while procrastinating to make someone else?s order. Customer service is what will subconsciously make you drive by other dunkin' donuts establishments to receive an experience that... is as warming to the heart and soul as the cup of coffee you've intended. TIFFANY , at the location inside the Ewing ShopRite onolden avenue has such a sincerity and invested interest to make sure that the satisfaction is 110% and I've experienced that aswell in the morning with a gentleman I didn't get his name but it goes a long way and I just feel like they should be commendedfor their efforts Read more
Polite customer service.. small quiet place.. regular stuff. Donuts are 3 dollars for 6 after 2pm so you can always donate... enough to the homeless person outside. My favorite is the coconut and the cream filling. Read more
Absolutely terrible! I asked for 2 sandwiches & got 1, I asked for a large drink & got a medium poorly made. And my sandwich was... over done. Every time I come here, there's a long line because its under staffed & I get the worst service; no greeting, nowelcoming tone, nothing but "next!". Read more
I was literally greeted by the old Indian employee by him saying "what do you want" with an attitude. I work in customer service... and honestly I can't believe somebody who is supposed to be representing a store would act that rude. Safe to say this will bemy last time at this location. Read more
I'd avoid this place unless you have money to literally throw away! My son's bacon, egg and cheese croissant was burnt, my... bacon, egg and cheese on sourdough was hardly toasted, his Strawberry Dragonfruit Dunkin' Refresher was too sweet to drink ("toosugary" came from a 10 year old's mouth), the hashbrowns were dried out and overcooked and my coffee was absolutely disgustingand undrinkable.
