Was there for breakfast and waited over 30 minutes for a waitress...well we found out why because the waitress who was supposed... to take our order "Mary" had some type of attitude with her job and we were caught in the middle....but thankful enough anotherwaitress step-up and took care of us and was very professional about the whole situation (I did not get her name)..but she was ajoy! If and when we go back, I'll make sure Mary is not our waitress. Read more

The environment is calm there's barely ever any people, the employees are always so nice. The only reason I am giving 3 (and I'd... really rather give 2) is because I have 2 small kids that need to go to bed and the service is very slow. I think they need morehelp. The food is great, but it's not wait 45 mins to an hour good. Kids get antsy and moms get annoyed. Someone send these poorpeople some more help! Read more
The food is cheap and fills you up! The food is definitely good, and like other IHOPs you get bottomless coffee. (Also this one... is cleaner than the others). If you don't like sitting under the AC vent let them know. My wife was freezing. I felt I gotcheated because they hid a smaller pancake under a big one, but it was probably so that it fits the small plate. All servers arenice and attractive. Got there 7:45 pm. Open til 10 pm. The place had 1 table inside so they were cleaning. That's good. We should have left... then! Lady because she's no waitress. At least no experience. Took our drink order and left. Came back and took our dinnerorder 10 minutes later. I ordered a classic cheeseburger for my son. He's 160 pounds. Food came out burger was tiny!! Iordered turkey dinner with a tossed salad. Turkey dinner came out. I asked for my salad, she says it was coming! I receivedmy salad half way done with my dinner. My other son ordered minion breakfast off of kids menu. We received our bill and theydidn't take the kids meal off with an adult meal! This whole mess took 57 minutes!! Never again. Usually, IHOP IT is A good breakfast restaurant, but not this one. That is the toast, very cheap bread. Only one syrup. As if... they are about to go bankrupt or close down. The staff is friendly, though. Read more
Customer experience must be improved at this location. Food was good and the credit goes to the chef, hence leaving 3 stars. We... asked for wheat toast and we get white toast. Getting hold off waitress attention was a big challenge. No butter provided forbread. We asked for extra pancake red syrup and the waitress says its extra cost. Really? Pre-covid times the syrup flavors usedto be placed on table and you can enjoy them. Even getting choice of my cheese and kids paper games were a challenge. Place wasvery crowded but less staffs to manage. Taking more customers and having less staffs to serve guests during COVID is a poorservice. Read more
Worse iHop I?ve ever been to! Not clean, and for the food, they take forever to host you and the food takes even longer to come.... The utensils were not clean at all and had to ask for plastic ones. The waitress Veronica seemed interested in bigger ordersand the people who came after us left before us. Save your time and money and go to a different iHop. There?s many other goodone?s nearby.
