I've been going to this little tavern for as long as I can remember. They sell bar food beer on tap. Live bands are constantly... playing they sell pizza to go. Employees have always been friendly and more than helpful when it comes to menu choices. Theyhave tons of specials and they are very reasonable when it comes to prices. Another good thing about this place is that it'salso a liquor store. They don't technically sell liquor past certain hours unless you order it at the counter, but when it comesto buying late night beer, they will have you covered. The selection isn't the greatest but it's the best option when all theliquor stores are closed you can always count on Ivy to sell you a 6 pack of beer or whatever you may be interested in. Not a tavern at all. Just a regular bar that sell alcohol. No ambiance, no music. Small mugs of beer. Friendly staff...non... existent. Bartender hung out with her friends and spoke Spanish the whole time. If you looking for a nice Jersey tavern, skipthis place. Read more

First visit in many years. Upgrades throughout. Open kitchen and bar concept is a fresh one! On location for monthly comedy... series featuring Dan Regan aka Social Mime o. Twitter. Owner Mirna was on-site and available if anything is needed. Located ona busy South Broad St. / US Route 206 at the Whitehorse Circle. Drive carefully especially if you have issues with NJCircles. On site parking for a bakers dozen or so of vehicles. Lighting could be upgraded. Main operations are package goodsand food. Layout allows for events like this and I would assume others. Front door leads onto the performing space. Friendlystaff, fair prices and the burger I had was good. Typical package goods and beer selections. Sam Adam's is as crafty as theyget currently. Clean! We had dinner here last night. We ordered off the new dinner menu which is Spanish Portuguese food. It was phenomenal! We had... the clams salsa verde for an appetizer and the clams were cooked perfectly and the sauce was the best green sauce we have evereaten. We had the seafood rice for 2. It was delicious. Full of seafood and the tomato saffron sauce was awesome. My husband andI highly recommend giving the new Ivy Tavern Restaurant Menu a try. You won’t regret it. Chef Jose does a wonderful job!
