Aside from being incredibly sick 12 hours after eating their food, if they managed to get one item in our order correct aside... from chicken nuggets, I would be shocked. Knowing my love of Big Macs my husband got the Philly's Bundle Box for us for dinner.In addition to being the worst big mac I have ever eaten, both big macs came with a single meat patty, and the loss of the 2ndpatty on both sandwiches was compensated for with a disgusting amount of special sauce. The double hamburgers my husbandordered, were also singles, and came with all the fixings he asked them to leave off the sandwiches. I wouldn't generally getupset because having worked in restaurants I know mistakes happen, however this has occurred the other 2 times my husband hasgotten food there as well. Honestly, I am tired of trying to salvage meals by scraping off cheese we asked them to hold, or justwasting the food (and the money) by throwing out our meals. Read more
This is the only McDonald, or only business I know of that can close an hour before their listing time. Door says 8pm, here I am... writing this review outside their closed store at 7:25pm. And the other angry patrons outside tell me it's been closed for awhile. I am a frequent commuter in Trenton and this is very very common. This McDonald's is ALWAYS closing whenever they feellike it with a big group of angry people banging on the door. Fast service in and out. But because of CoVid 19 they close the restaurant for sanitation.
Customer service is great. The cashier informed me of a deal on the chicken nuggets and saved me $2 off my meal. The service was... super fast too. I would definitely recommend this location based off this visit. Read more
Long story short this is the only franchise that always mess up on your order no matter what you order. Once the manager made me... an ice cream cone with no gloves on. It was ok my fries were nice and hot like I like them... But the burgers are too flat for the buns.
