Im not sure why they think theyre chick fil a walking up to your car no uniform just a toll yellow top on. No name tag no hat... nothing. Touching peoples money and cards all in your face when the drive through works perfectly fine. Just a mess. Onlylocation i know does this mess. My chip on my card wasn't working for their machine and the employees were clueless as to putting the card in manually by... entering in the numbers. Is it bad training or does this franchise itself not care about receiving payments if there's a slightinconvenience? Read more
The girl who took my order was very rude and rushed me, but the food was good ????
Staff is dry, cold. They hand you the food. No thank you. There seems to always be some kind of drama between staff affecting... service. Also watch your order. I've lived near them for 21 years and about 50% of my orders come out wrong. I'm starting todrive to the next nearest one in Lawreneville so I can have a better experience. Read more
I would give 0 stars if possible. Worst drive through experience. Will never go to this location again. I waited in line for 10... minutes and when it came my turn for the intercom, I sat in front of it again for 5 minutes, saying ?hello is anyone there??Multiple times.. no one answered. So I thought maybe it?s broken and I have to order at the window? as I?m continuing to wait Isee multiple cars behind me leaving.. I?m wondering what is going on? finally when I drove up to the window they had the orderfor the person behind me and was trying to give it to me. Overall good experiences, but had a major concern with parchment paper left in burger patty through the cooking process
I ordered grilled wraps and was expecting a mess, but they were actually wrapped. Enough ranch. The chicken was not old and not... undercooked, which sometimes happens with fast food restaurants. The lettuce was a little past it's freshness point, but not toofar. I also ordered the hazelnut iced coffee which they always get right. It was lunchtime so expect a wait people.
