Had the worst experience at a pizza take-out ever! Wife ordered the pizza at 8:13PM and made payment on credit card, was given... 20 minutes (8:33PM) for pick-up time. When I arrived, was told my pizza wasn't ready because, while they close at 10PM, they haddecided to close early and were calling everyone to cancel. Upon asking to see a manager, a bearded African American guy showsup and said he will refund my money (condescendingly, as though he was doing me a favor!) and refused to explain or even givehis name when asked, told me to leave the store or he would call the cops--end of discussion! I honestly don't understand all of the low ratings and negative reviews. I almost didn't order from here because of them but I... opted to give it a shot and am glad I did. The gentlemen who was working greeted me promptly as I entered. He had my orderprepared, exactly as ordered. The food was cooked in the amount of time that was estimated and tasted good. The transaction wasquick and efficient and I couldn't have asked for anything else. Read more
