Food is delicious but customer service is horrendous. They need to find themselves a new person to handle the phone calls... because the girl who picks up the phone has a toxic personality. Also, ignore their open and closing hours because they do. Ijust called them to order a Chicken Cesar Salad and the girl picked up and said that they were closed even though on their siteit says that they close an HOUR from now so the people working there seem to only work when they feel like it. They're alwaysforgetting one thing or another with orders and it is immensely unprofessional and ignorant. They always have an excuse foreverything too, like for example, they're extra busy that day (what restaurant doesn't get busy? It's a part of the jobdescription) or as the girl claimed one time 'there's an emergency so we're closing early tonight' which btw I wonder if she waseven telling the truth. I understand that people have bad days but her bad attitude is present EVERY TIME I've called. If shehates her life so much that she can't even do her job right then she shouldn't be working there because I'm sure someone elsecan do her job better. She should not be handling customer service work with the attitude she has. I would have given this 0stars if I could but I have to give it something in order to post this. I likethat they had a lot options to offer.Not just pizza and pasta.. whole fried fish. Only waited 25 minutes.
This restaurant should only sell French fries and ???? hamburgers because they can't cook anything right. If you order a pasta... dish, or a fish dish do not expect anything worthwhile. It will be prepared wrong. Read more
I’ve ordered a few times from them over the years, even my parents have. They’ve messed up like so many ordered of mine in a... past few months. I ordered their steak and onions. Which I have ordered in the past it’s one of my favorite things to orderfrom them. They got it wrong and when I called to complain the manager. Hung up on me. I didn’t get a refund at all, they’vemessed up burgers, they’ve even messed up pizza orders. Tonight ordered a Stromboli with ham. Got a pizza instead no toppings.And when they delivered it. Didn’t call. No I had to find out the hard way it was out there, my shake was left on its side.Needless to say I won’t be spending any money here again. Read more
Ordered a pizza and it was pretty bad, it tasted like cardboard on crust, and for $19 they could’ve at least put some real... cheese on there instead of cheese slices from the dollar store.
