After waiting several mins for someone to acknowledge we were there we were told they have no waitresses so it?s informal... dining. Ok so we place our order for pizza, breadsticks, a water and an iced tea. When we pay the bill I realized we werecharged for 2 drinks for 5.98. I explain that we only got one drink and the guy comes back and gives be 1.50$ when I say we werecharged 3$ for the drink. At this point he says well we charge the same price for water but I gave you a half price discount. Ifeel that charging more for a glass of tap water than you would charge for a bottle of water is unacceptable and completely madeup. If water was the same price as iced tea or any other beverage that should have been mentioned when we ordered it orquestioned the bill not after you give me a partial refund. Read more

This time the service was good. The app is not very friendly user. We try to order on the app but it was not working. We ordered... in store. But they do not put the points on the app. Which is not fair. Next time the app doesn't work we're not purchasing.Loss of business for them. Pizza was delicious Service was good. Lack of staff understanding how to use the app was puzzling. Read more

ARE YOU KIDDING? This is their EDGE pizza? What a disgrace. I can't believe I actually paid for this. Looks like they gave us... "the edge" treatment on our breadsticks too! Hopefully I can reverse the charge. Read more

One of the worst service I had experienced recently. The pizza ordered for a kid allergic to any milk product was for medium... veggie lovers with no cheese. The pizza delivered was with cheese, imagine one single kid in the party sitting without food andwe trying to find food he can have. On calling the customer support, first time the call was disconnected with no call back fromthe store. Calling again connected to a store rep and the response was a snap back saying we will refund the cost of mediumpizza. Not a minimal effort to make it correct or even an apology. Very DISAPPOINTING from a brand name like PizzaHut. Read more

Never again. I?m so angry right now, I should take a minute before I write this. It was cold, flat, under cooked, the crust... was dry and there was hardly any sauce. The girl at the pick up window does not belong in customer service. Find a differentjob, preferably where there?s no human interaction. I tried to call and tell them but I kept getting routed to the call centerand every time they transferred me back to the local store and was disconnected every time. This happened about six times beforeI gave up. But I guess none of this really matters because I?m not going back there again. Read more
