I usually pickup my order, but in this occasion I went inside. May that was the problem. The chairs were dirty. The lobster tail... was burned. The amount of butter was too much. So I had a long day today and decided to call red lobster to get some food. One of the crew members hung up on me. Now google... y’all know me, we don’t play bad customer service over here, the manager Ebony handled the situation like a realprofessional. I felt like choosing somewhere else to eat but after talking to the manager and she explained that’s not howthey do business I felt better then when I first called. That was true professionalism. PS. I had a great lunch experience at this restaurant on 6.18.22. It was a busy, calm but a not crowded atmosphere. Our server was... excellent! She was polite, friendly, patient and super helpful. She was extremely knowledgeable about the menu. The surroundingstaff was also very friendly. Glad my friend and I stopped to eat here. The parking lot is average size for a Red Lobster. For those of you wondering, the Lobsterita is still on the (unofficial) menu. It comes either on the rocks or in a slush, in... either raspberry or strawberry. Personally, the strawberry was superior. If you’re looking for a fun, at-sea adventure with aextremely fun drinking experience, look no further. Bring a friend (or two) to share the Lobsterita, as it is a mammoth servingsize for only $9.99. Of course, we got the complimentary cheddar bay biscuits to enjoy alongside the drink. Service was friendly and the inside ambience felt very festive for the holidays. We were seated promptly and ordering went... smoothly. It was a bit unfortunate that we asked for no straws (to be waste-conscious) but they gave us strawsanyways. Anyways, food-wise the biscuits are delicious, and it’s nice that we could ask for a refill since we finished ourfirst batch of them so quickly! However, the calamari was quite dry. For the entrees, we ordered the pick-two options. Theoven-broiled salmon, scallops, steak, and garlic shrimp were great, but the clam strips were a bit too fried and it was hard totaste the clam.
