They're the best thing open late locally. You're really rolling the dice if you use anyone else, half of the places in the area... just screw with people for fun because employees are young and confused. The delivery driver didn't feel like it was necessary to deliver the food to my door so she told me to cross the street in order... to grab the food. After that I pleaded with her to deliver it to the door because it was past 3 am and I didn't have shoes andboth my socks on but she refused. I eventually walked out partially barefoot in order to grab my order because I didn't want todisturb anyone in my household with additional noise. I felt that this was disrespectful because I tipped her and have supportedtheir business many times in the past. I even gave tips for in store pick ups at times. The one time I counted on Rosa to makethe extra effort/what they are paid to do they let me down. She had a adolescent child in the backseat that could have walkedthe food to me if she didn't want to. But I have a strong feeling that they didn't walk the order to me because I now live inTrenton or because they just didn't care. When I lived in the suburbs they always walked it directly to my door. So Rosa Pizzashame on you for treating me like this. I am a reasonable guy who has never left a review on any restaurant but you guys rubbedme the wrong way to the point where I had to call out your unfavorable delivery practice. I'm pretty sure that the the deliverydriver was the owner's wife so I'm disappointed that someone with such a high stake in the business would treat a repeatcustomer like this. I have worked in customer service positions so I know that I will get a lackluster response that doesn'treally attack the problem, but you guys should try to at least reach out to those individuals that have been wronged by you. The food can be good if the right cook is there. But, Last night i got a burger that was raw! Before work. When i called and... had a polite conversation with One of the managers rafiel he said he would replace it today. Now that its today he is being veryrude told me i only spend 50 bucks a week. I have never had a bad experience at this restaurant I usually go late at night and the staff is lovely and when i do order... delivery instead of picking it up the driver is aways nice. There food is amazing! I purposely go out of my way to get pizzafrom them. Read more
I ordered lasagna, a can of Coke, chicken tenders, and two orders of fries. I ordered through Grubhub like I usually do and I... thought everything was fine. The food was an hour late, the guy said they forgot my soda and he didn't care to go back to getit, and the food was horrible. No one called to say that my food would be late or give an ETA. Nice place for solid food, open late. Little bit of a low rent interior, but worth stopping in. Wrap was nice sized, but too... much lettuce and a little more chicken would have been nice. Read more
Ordered a daily special which today being Sunday is a Large Pizza for 11. Got extra cheese and thought they would only charge ... extra topping. But it doesn't say it on their daily special notice should be automatic. BEWARE their Daily Specials aremisleading.
