I've tried many meals at Sonic over the years. I've settled on Corn Dogs as the only food on their menu that stands out above... other fast food restaurants. I think their burgers are OK but not noteworthy or even memorable, same with their fries. My wifeand I lived in Trenton and would visit the Bristol PA Sonic regularly. To us Sonic was a new fast food place so we wanted tocheck out many of their meals. We discovered it was kind of "Blah" except for the corn dogs. That location closed and the one inEwing opened recently. I am not wasting my money to determine if the Bristol location had bad cooks and that was the reason wedidn't enjoy their food or if all Sonics are bland. My recommendation is Sonic is a premium Corn dog spot. The service at theEwing location was quick but not fast because my food wasn't already prepared they actually made my order fresh. Read more

The rest room smells like someone died in it. The gentleman behind the counter was courteous and pleasant. The food was... average... I just couldn't get over how filthy the restroom was. Read more

Ordered a double cheeseburger from the drive thru. What I received wasn't. Looked like like a kid's meal burger. Went inside to... straighten things out, and what I saw amazed me. There were 4 people working and a boss. Everyone looked and acted like theywere on Prozac except one guy filling orders with one hand and eating a wrap with the other. The boss was constantly on thephone taking orders, which seemed to be his main concern, not filling them, not customer satisfaction. The dining room is closed(?) and the drive ups are closed. The drive-in booth where you park in order from your car were not operational, so we had to use the drive-thru. Which was okay.... My friend had to use the restroom, which was actually closed to the public because they don't let diners into the actualrestaurant but the girl let him run in and use it real fast anyway. Recently went for lunch my husband went inside to place an order and even though they were short-staffed he was waited on... quickly we had four cheeseburgers and two Oreo blast and two milkshakes 1 Vanilla and 1 Strawberry, the cheeseburgers were hot,the Oreo blast and milkshakes were thick and very good. Place was dirty. Waited at counter to order awhile and only waited on because of me calling someone from the back. The employees... were laughing and talking about personal business. Once we cleaned the table off, I ate a very poorly made burger and with anover abundance of ketchup and mustard. My group said they will never return to the place. After several frustrating experiences at this location I'll choose one of the other 10 fast food places within one minute of... here when needed. The food isn't good enough to leave frustrated 70% of the time. Two visits stick out the most. I orderedthrough the app, parked and put my stall number in. I waited and waited and waited. No one ever came. I had my toddler with meso didn't want to get out of the car. Eventually I did and went to the lobby door near the kitchen. The door had a sign thatsaid to ring the bell, so I did. I watched several people look over at me and no one came over. After about 3 minutes a girlfinally comes over and opens the door and says "the door is unlocked" and walked away. I asked for my order. It had been readyforever and the food was cold. Second was from today. I again ordered from the app. Added some sauces the app suggested to theorder. Paid and waited for my order. When it was handed to me the employee said "just to let you know we didn't give you allthose sauces because we make people pay for those" and walked away before I could say anything. If that is the issue then youneed to take that up with the company you work for since i ordered through YOUR app. and to be clear, there were ZERO of thesauces I ordered in the bag, but there was a ton of ketchup...which I didn't order and went straight in the trash along with thefood that was incorrect because another thing they didn't give me was what I ordered. Worst service!!!! I pulled up and was told to " hold on a minute" then waited 5 mins with 7 cars beeping behind me. I said hello... and was told "I asked you to hold on a min we are short staffed." So I said ok. Then waited a few more minutes. She came backon saying how can I help you I made my order and my son wasn't sure of what he wanted because they took the Asian sauce offmenu and she goes " you need to make your order so I can get this in for you" very rude!!! I made the last order and pulledaround while waiting for my drinks I told the girl up front that who ever was taking the orders was very rude. While waitingagain for the rest of my order she must have gone and told her because she was the one who handed me my food and she said"here's what you ordered" and shoved it in my face! I am not one to complain but that was uncalled for, I wasn't making a sceenabout it either I could have ask for the manager but I didn't and was still treated like that! Never going back there!! Not tomention the food was aweful, the chicken was mostly breading and they don't even toss the sauce on them they throw it on toptake a look at the pictures!!! Read more
