This store always closes 15 minutes before reported closing time. They should definitely update the store timings.
So, I placed a to-go catering order over the phone, and I made the mistake of not being clear about how many sandwiches I... needed. (I needed 32 sandwiches) So when I showed up, they only had half the sandwiches. But when I told them that I?d needtwice as many, they had the rest ready in 10 minutes! I was so impressed! Subway is always clean & the staff are friendly & courteous. The food has never disappointed me.
Greetings, I go to Subway at least 5 or 6 days a week. Unfortunately, last week my debit card was charged twice for the same... order. The subway employee denied the double charge even though I showed him the double charge on my App. Of course I submitteda complaint to Corporate via email. Don't know if any action was taken. To date, Subway has not refunded me or apologized. Withthat said, I'm still a loyal Subway customer, however, I'll never return to the Subway located at the Artic Parkway in EwingTownship again; just on general principle. Read more

Big improvement from previous visits. You can go inside to order- mask required. It was nice and cool inside. All types of... bread were available and they made the sandwiches exactly as I asked. Friendly people and fast service. Bread and meats werefresh. Read more
I work in the same shopping center as subway is and unfortunately i don't have other option for sandwich besides this location... on my lunch break. Let me tell you , they hire very inexperienced and unprofessional people. Multiple times they messed up my ormy co workers order and when you call them to mention there is no decency. No apology, the owner Rekha won't even bother toanswer any questions!! The people who work there mentioned that they are trained to not to give you a receipt unless you ask forit so any mistake made on that order can not be reported to corporate since you don't have receipt.
