I had to hit on 1 star to get started on this review but Trentini's Pizza has the worst customer service I have ever witnessed.... The only reason they stay open is because of their location. I have called in my order before my lunch time, I'm told it'll beready 20 minutes and when I arrive to pick up they'll say 5 more minutes only to discover that they're just getting started onmy order, this has not been an isolated incident it has happened every time, I spend my entire lunch time waiting on my order.Today I raised the issue and the employee had the audacity to argue with me and the owner stood there and allowed it!!! Foods good but dont believe the estimated time for delivery. Was told 45 minutes and took 1.5 hours and the food was cold.... Customer service sucks too. Never again!!! Read more
OK so the first time ok with 2 Plain slices. But today I went in for 4 slices of those taco one and I'm not to work about the... cost but ...HOW YHE HECK YOU GIVE THE STACKED ONE ON TOP OF THE OTHER .and I did tell them next time..but for talking to otherthat's what they do..nope ..never again as I worked in restaurants..and in the same bussines..never again did I forgot theowners was there..
