Although I gave 4 stars because it is what I expected from fast food, there was nothing exceptional to recommend it. The drive... through was long and moving slow so I opted for going in the near empty inside. The cashier saw me, went off to the side tofinish his texting then came to see to me. They did not ask if I wanted ear in or take out, silently put a cup on the counterand walked away assuming I would find an operate the automatic drink dispenser. The food was ok considering it was only with toomuch mayo and no other condiments. Better staff training needed. Food was average for fast food of the area. Read more
I ordered a Bourbon bacon cheeseburger combo and a Pretzel Bacon Pub cheeseburger combo...somewhere between the order screen and... my paying for the meals, it they changed the 2nd combo to some sort of a chicken sandwich. When I got home and saw that not onlydid they mess up my order, but the Coke Zeros I ordered tasted like dark colored flat seltzer. Called them to report this andthey hanged up on me twice. Incredibly unhappy with this location and will advise everyone to fully check your order before youleave the pickup window! Read more
A few things: My baconator fries were covered in burnt bacon and fatty uncooked strips. I?m not sure how burnt and undercooked... bacon ends up on the same item but I didn?t eat them. Then, my soda tasted totally off and I don?t mean flat, like thecalibration of the soda machine is off and the ratio of seltzer to syrup was off. Was supposed to be a Coke but tasted like clubsoda. Finally, my chocolate chip cookie was an oatmeal raisin instead. This is a terrible fate to bestow upon a man, butinforming me of the lack of chocolate chip cookies beforehand would have been nice. Food is good but the person at the 2nd drive thru window handing out the food around 8 am was just rude and nasty . What a lame... way to start my day ,. she didn?t have to give me my food with an attitude , I don?t know her for her to be rude like that . Goget another job if you?re that miserable girl . Avoid this location! They served me a breakfast sandwich with black mold in it, on my birthday! They messed up my orders every... other time before. (Ordered here constantly before, since I work near by) The entrance doors are constantly locked in themorning for no reason. So what happens if you select in store pick up and you walked? You have to go to the drive thrulane. This place is a joke. Read more
