Nothing like my husband getting me a salad and coming home to open the box and seeing that the worker put mayo all over it... instead of ranch. Not surprised though, every time I go in there I either get zero friendliness, or they can't seem tounderstand simple instructions. Funny though, they'll be quick to grab them cell phones but can't give customer service the sameenergy. Read more

One of these tucked-away places alongside a shopping mall that makes you wonder: "How do they survive?" Survival isn't an issue... for this store, they've a steady flow of repeat customers because the staff is fast, efficient, and cheerfully willing to makeyour sub your way, not just the Subway. Hats off to these folks who are more interested in feeding you well than being goodrobots - your efforts are appreciated. Read more
I had lunch here recently and it was brilliant...I raised my rating from three to five because my two subs were so good!! Piping... hot, fresh, and so tasty!! I wanted to go up and thank them for my sandwiches right then but I figured it would be better toreview them online. I just did a review of Subway being sure to point out I refer to the Atlantic Beach location. Fed my 6 inch sub to the dog. Did... want to take a chance. Veggie tray was worst than the meat. No I will not, My wife and Children will not. My soccer team willnot go to this location again. I was in my car for 20 minutes talking on the phone, only 2 people left whole I was waiting. I hate to say it was a bad experience but it was. I watched one employee take bacon off of a sandwich that another employee... prepared and put the bacon back into the Container after it touched other meat and vegetable products. I've never once seenanyone in this place change their gloves. No matter how many sandwiches are made in front of me these people never change theirgloves no matter what they touch. We've gone there four days in a row for lunch because we were working on a house close by.Each day got progressively worse. I won't eat there again if I'm working on the house next door for a year.
