Former five star review that is down to two. They just replaced the free air pump with a paid one within the last few days. This... air pump was the reason I went out of my way to visit this station. Not only that, the price is not listed anywhere on the pumpother than the card reader, which said it was $1.35. I was charged $5 (see attached photo). This is a blatant rip off meant totake advantage of customers, not unlike when they changed fuel providers and alienated a group of customers last year. Thefacility itself is pretty well kept and I have never had a problem with staff. However, management's decisions to lower thevalue they bring to customers brings me to the conclusion that avoiding this station is the correct move. Read more
I will never shop here again I will go out of my way not to shop here. I went in grabbed two bags of chips. It was 2 for 6 and... when I got up to the counter they tried to charge me 9 dollars I let them know the sign said 2 for 6. So the employee got themanager and she stated it was for Frito lay chips. I picked up Tostitos chips that ARE APART OF FRITO LAY!!! One of the worstcustomer service experience ever! Read more
The place is very new and clean. Hard to tell when they are closed due to the windows being so dark cause of the tint. Products... are a little bit higher on price, but usually don't have to wait in line very long so that's a plus for me. Read more
I've been in the store three separate times and each time the cashier's are unable to complete simple tasks. Today it took a... half hour because to he cashier did not know how to program the gas pump. Seriously, I've never seen a business run sounbelievably BAD. Read more
If you have not been to a Casey's before, do yourself a favor and go inside instead of just performing a pump-n-run. They have a... good selection of standard snacks and drinks, but an excellent selection of freshly prepared gas station cuisine. No seriously,they have great pizzas - try their breakfast pizza, it's awesome. Read more
Thankful for a great addition to our community. The pizza is really great and so is the fountain drinks and all the different... food offerings. The clerks seem nice however here lately I noticed there is a turnover on employees. Sometimes that is due tomanagement and I hope that this is not the case but like I said it's a nice friendly and clean store with many offerings. Onebad thing they do have is the entrance to the store off of Hamilton-Trenton road is a pain as they never cut down the curb andmake it a smooth entrance/exit like it is on Wayne-Madison road.
