Got a x large pizza and it didn?t have hardly any sauce at all, it was Burnt . Wasn?t good at alll
Pizza and food always good. But what really gets on my nerves is when you order bread sticks with cheese on the appetizer menu... then you should get it as an appetizer. I even tell the cashier EVERY time when I order that I want the bread sticks as anappetizer so therefore I want them before my pizza. They send them out EVERY time with our pizza. ???? (Also no beer on Sundays)and not a good selection of beer. Read more
Cassano's is always great its unique one-of-a-kind flavor really hits the spot when you're craving it excellent service, Quick... Service, I just wish it were a little bit cheaper but I guess with today's economy that is a lot to ask. Read more
Ordered a hand tossed for 1 pizza and it was under cooked and doughy so thin the toppings wouldn't stay on it. I took it back.... Didn't even open the other box just took it all back. The employee was very nice and immediately called and got a refund issued,excellent customer service, I just don't suggest the hand tossed, stick to the original crust it's what they are known for.Thank You. The food was absolutely horrible no taste what so ever food was burnt and greasy ordered chicken parmesan and got 4 pieces of... chicken noodles was hard I ordered extra Sauce and got none of it the chicken tasted rubbery I 100% do not recommend orderingfrom here Read more

Got a large pizza, a chef salad, and some cheesy bread sticks and the pizza was burnt way too much, extra cuts making slivers of... pizza, the cheesy breadsticks was missing cheese, and the salad was almost all lettuce except for maybe one banana pepper. Thiswas for a family of four, and we all had essentially rabbit food portions. It was a terrible experience and it wasn't worth the32.50 Is there any way I could receive a refund? I feel ripped off.
