Pretty sure they give you someone?s old pizza that never came to got it from earlier just so they don?t have to make a new one... or at least that is what their pizza always looks like. Also gave me my icing to go with my cinnamon twists but gave me garlictwists instead. Definitely done with this location. Made me wait 25 minutes after the app said my pizza was done to get a room temperature pizza that was cold by the time I made it... home. I'm sure they wouldn't deliver a cold pizza. Used to love this place Read more
I am a local business owner and know it is so easy to update your hours on Google. So much so that Google sends you... notifications on each and every holiday and many other days asking if your hours are going to change. This is the second time Ihave placed an order only to be told they are closed after going through placing my order. Please go on Google an update yourhours for the love of God. Made my food and it had been sitting finished on the rack for 45 min. The store said I still had to wait another 30 min for... delivery. The app said 32 min delivery time. Worst experience ever showed up when food was said to be ready. Employees are touching cooked food with barehands wiping their... faces and then touching cooked food. They gave half of my order to someone else so I had to stand and wait for it to berecooked. I really wish the owners were here so they can see their employees not using servesafe procedures and messing uporders. Non employees are distracting the workers who are engaging in conversation with the non employees. I will not beordering from this store anymore. Always have issues from this store. Personal opinion a whole new and IMPROVED crew is HIGHLY recommend. Working in multiple... pizza restaurants also managing one this would COMPLETELY UNEXCEPTABLE. There is a young guy, he?s a manager and he made our night after a new employee ditched our order. Took care of everything and... we left happier than when we came.
