Order a week in advance pizza for my son's birthday party. The pizza we're not made by the set time discussed over the phone.
Be careful this restaurant will Swindell you in to downloading their app to get a buy one free coupon after you give them all... your personal information. Then once you do that they don't honor the coupon at all. I even spoke to the manager Matt and hesaid there was nothing he could do. He seemed like a nice guy but felt like the company definitely didn't believe in customerservice. So watch out they will take your information and send you ads all day long now but never honor thier coupons. Horribleexperience. Read more
This place used to be pretty good. Anymore, though, it's a guess whether the food will be decent. More often than not their... online ordering will be down. The most recent issue I had was ordering a pizza right as they opened. I arrived and there wasanother customer in line. Apparently the credit card machine was down so neither of us could get our food. It ended up going towaste. One would think, since it was no fault of the customer's, that they would be able to receive their food regardless. Iguess it's okay to waste a customer's time so you don't lose out on $10 for your subpar pizza. Read more

I was just at this location to get a cheese pizza. There was one female employee loudly ranting and raving about how long she... has worked, throwing out food, etc. I get that people are overworked but when a customer is standing and waiting patiently forfood is not a good time to vent. She proceeded to treat me with hostility and malice simply because I was standing and waitingfor my food. It was a very uncomfortable experience. Read more

Our food was ice cold by the time it was delivered and they put the pizza right next to trash can. We contacted support and they... refused to do anything to fix this. We were told the driver would text when the pizza was delivered which they didn?t. Thesupport manager said it is perfectly fine to put food right next to the trash cans and by flies. He was very rude adisrespectful. He refused to give us anyone else to contact. We will not be going back here. Read more
Great food. Quality has improved alot recently. Seems like they got some decent workers.
