Trenton Ohio location has no concept of what customer service is, nor do they care. They send out wrong orders, won?t answer... their phone when you try to call them. Lie and say they will refund you since you had to leave work to take your DELIVERY orderback and then they don?t. Refuse to allow you to escalate to corporate - saying there is no one over them. Pizza Hut has beenmy pizza of choice for years. Thank you Trenton Pizza Hut for giving me a reason to buy my pizza elsewhere. Read more
Placed an order at 7:02 said it was out for delivery at 7:57 an hour later no food. I?ve called numerous times and no one... answered. I ended up going there. Upon arriving the employees were sitting out front smoking instead of answering the phone. Iasked for a refund and he told me he couldn?t issue me a refund but a store credit. No I don?t want a credit. So now you arestealing from me. This location needs to be shut down. Read more

My son was recently hired by them and more than a month later has to message? To find out if he's working, and most the time... they don't respond,if you call they don't answer he even saw one time 147 missed calls, and this is a pizza place thatespecially now is only pick up or delivery. Such a downer for motivation for my teen as his first job. Unorganized and you onlyget hours if your friends with them. They so far only had him 1 day a week, why even hire him? I could take the managers job andI bet things would improve. Who doesn't give someone a schedule or tell them when and where to find it, ridiculous, grow up, youshould be ashamed and I only wish the CEO'S even cared. And I never order from them and I'm glad. Placed an online order everything went threw as normal. Was set to pay driver with CASH at time of delivery. Got the text... confirming order and started following the online delivery. About 15 mins later got a call from the store( local one whodelivers to use normally) that they ONLY TAKE CASH outside of Trenton( 1.8 miles from the store and the one it directed me to onthe site) I could used door dash or pay with a card or cancel the order. We have order from here delivery before no issues andpaid cash 90% of the time. Order was around 55 dollars so not like we ordered 200 with paying cash so a normal order. Trackingshowed it was being made and ready to start delivery even after the call and the person cancelling the order. I got an emailfrom Pizza Hut asking me how our food was and to answer questions and leave a review so I am even though no food was delivered.So basically Trenton Pizza hut doesn't want any money outside of Trenton. Guess Liberty Township Money isn't good enough forthem. Read more
Come on Pizza Hut. Whenever we order pizza it is from your across the street competition and the food always comes quick and... with a smile. This evening we decided to give the good ol hut a try and will not again. Order placed at 5:50pm confirmation ofthe food going out for delivery at 6:11 pm and here it is 7:00pm. I have to update my 5 star review from 3 years ago. I'm very patient and I've tried to give them a chance, but the last four... orders I've had there have been wrong. Either the person at the front put it in wrong or the person making it did it wrong. Comeon, why you got to burn my breadsticks. Read more
