We ordered 2 hoagies, got them home & both were made wrong. My husband ordered one w/ xsauce, xcheese & pepperoni, his came... without xsauce & xcheese. He was ok with it. I ordered xsauce, xcheese & onion. Mine came without onion. I called, and themanager apologized, said he would make me one & it would be ready in 10 min. So when I go to pick it up in 10 min., the youngman at the counter repeated my hoagie back to me without onions! And guess what, after waiting another 15 min., the 2nd one hadno onions & no sauce! The manager tried to tell me there was sauce on it. There was no sauce & no onions! Finally he agreed tocredit our card. We will never go back. Read more

Absolute worst experience, I eat here pretty often and today was a horrible experience. I ordered 3 steak hoagies and French... fries. They made my takeout order it sat under the lamps for 30 minutes then when they realized they forgot my order they didn'tmake the fries. So after the fries were made they gave me my order. The fries were not cooked and the hoagies were cold I calledand asked them if they could remake the food as it was not done and they were very nice and said no problem upon taking the oldfood back and getting the new food home the hoagies were extremely hot meaning way hotter than normal I opened them up and theywere heavy, wet and soggy. I am pretty sure they put them in the microwave to make sure they were hot that's what the wet breadreminded me of is being microwaved. The meat and bread was not cooked as if it had went thru a convection oven but more like thefood was microwaved until extremely hot. I still had uncooked fries but they were hot. Hoagie buns should not be wet let aloneso wet the package was noticeably heavier than normal. I Hate being the guy that complains but I will not be going to richardsanymore. $27.64 and have no food that is edible. Read more
Total disaster. Not one thing I ordered was correct. Twice I was told I would get a refund on my card. Nothing yet and it's not... the first time they have messed my orders up. Real shame because they had good food at one time. Trenton has gone down hill in abig way. That was my last time. Read more
We dined in and waited at the table for over 30 minutes. When I went to the front I found that the food had been sitting in the... take out window for a while. When I complained about it to Jackie, the manager, he started arguing about how everyone waswaiting. He ended up telling me I could leave if I didn't appreciate his service. We won't be back. Ordered online. Extra cheese on a steak sandwich and received no cheese. Terrible. Ordered a large deluxe pizza 2 months ago... and half of it was burned. Have frequently ate here at Trenton and really enjoyed. Last 2 times have been a bust. Not sure Iwill go back. Read more
Amazing! I am so full. All of it was so good I couldn't stop eating! Very clean place pretty fast. Staff was very nice. Lots of... seating. Lots of choices for food. The food was very fresh. Totally recommend it! We had had a birthday party they werewonderful sat us all, kept ice cream frozen for us. Read more
I ordered 2 hot deli sandwich no pickle baked dark with steak sauce and cheese for me and a girl at work. I didn't know she had... ordered pizza. So I called back and canceled her sandwich. Someone their canceled the entire order. I was given a call back anddidn't know because I was at work and couldn't answer my phone. So I showed up to pick up my lunch and nothing was fixed. Sothe girls explained to me what was going on. So I gave them my order again. My food was not baked dark. Had pickles on it. HadMarinara on it and was cold in the middle. I was very dissatisfied.
