We used to love coming here. The staff and the vibe were great. However, recently the newer staff has been rude and forgetful... and they love to say they don?t have extreme cheese toward the end of the evening because they don?t want to shred it but theyblame it on ?management?. When I ask for light chili I almost ALWAYS get heavy chili, and this past visit I ordered a 3way withlight chili and extreme cheese and the waitress came back and said ?sorry, we don?t have any more extreme cheese so I just gaveyou regular cheese instead? and it had heavy chili on it. And don?t even get me started on how incompetent the evening drivethru crew is. They are careless, especially around closing time! Will be going to Liberty Skyline from now on. Read more
I usually Dine inside and they are a 5 star. However I recently went through the Drive Thru and they forgot the cheese and that... really is my favorite part. I have not had time to stop by to tell the staff. Read more
On our way home from a visit at Oxford, I noticed that familiar sign. And instantly was hungry. Was greeted with several... smiling faces. As a fan of SLC, I was eager to get my hands on a 3 way (with habenro cheese). And as always, I was notdisappointed. Dam this place and all the workers and the health department for letting it stay open and maki g people sick. Lazy good for... nothing health department and lazy good for nothing employees make a great team for making the public sick. If you want covidecoli or cholera step inside. Mgr needs a boot out the door. 8m seeing employees sitting around on phones meanwhile my waitressids bouncing back.in forth between cleaning bathrooms sweeping the floor and grtting my food. I ordered 2 chilli dogs and got 2 chilli cheese dogs from the drive thru. Took the wrong items back in and asked for what I had... ordered. I was laughed at by several of the associates working behind the counter. I have a medical condition that doesn't allowme to eat cheese. It's just sad. Anyone else notice how management and or ownership haven't responded to any complaints for yrs.Be prepared to get what you get cuz they don't care. Once again SAD. Read more

Arrived before 11am and was greeted by several smiling faces as I entered. Sign on the door says they open at 10:30am. They must... because they already had seated customers dining in. A+ to Skyline Chili. The waitress was friendly and brought my food anddrink out super fast. The guys preparing the food were smiling and happy just like the waitresses were. Can't help but let itrub off and better my day, so thanks for a lift in my spirits after driving all night with a load of cans from Saratoga Springs,N.Y. I went in to wash my hands and the men's room was very clean and stocked with soap and paper towels. That's what you liketo see in a restaurant restroom. Great crew you have there, Skyline Chili! This place has been going down hill since Seth left. I eat in this place 3 days a week minimum and I kindly asked about how cold... it was. Waitress said she agreed and would tell her manager. I heard and watched them laugh about it. I also heard sorry can'thelp ya. So we just decided to go to the skyline off liberty Fairfield instead. Liberty Fairfield skyline is a much better andwell ran establishment 5 minutes from Trenton. If you read this I'd go there. I have wanted to review then for a few reasons inthe past year or 2 but gave them the benefit of the doubt. Very rude and fake acting employees here.
