They have the Lobby closed and if your a truck driver there?s no way you can go through drive thru.
Tortillas seemed old and were not warm for burritos. Mobile order was not ready when I arrived. Drive thru only. Attached gas... station is nasty. Read more
No longer a patron. This location is a franchise and if a complaint comes in from corporate (we have tried just talking with... them) they make sure to not only let you know that but also will call you a Karen; by the "GM," if they don't like yourcomplaint when calling you back. The lobby is not open; fine for us, but if your order is wrong or more often than not,incomplete you are to get back in line or walk up to the window. Today they caught part of the missed order and when the lastforgotten item was asked about another employee said "I put it in the bag!" Upon offering the bags back for their approval theyprovided the last item.. All of this for Taco Bell? Nope. But hey go to Fairfield Twp on Route 4 and you'll have a greatexperience. They forget part of my order every single time I come here, or give me something entirely different, no exceptions. If I wasn't... afraid that they would spit in or tamper with my food, I would go back and complain, but missing nachos or a taco don't seemworth it.. Just don't go here. Read more

Normally I love the place, but I?m never gonna go there again and if I do and they do this I?m throwing it back in there face.... They left my food out like this. Gave me the wrong drink.
