Batter on onion rings was bad. Falling off, not good. Took a long time to get order. Got order wrong - slathered it in sauce... when we asked for no sauce. Replaced it, but still not impressed. I do not recommend. Read more
I've always like A&W burgers. You can't go wrong with a decent burger with all the options these days. Like up was quick and... staff was prompt. Plenty of parking outside and lots of tables and chairs inside. Stay safe out there everyone! Read more
A&w in the Onroute in Trenton east bound: We ordered papa burger combos, charged us extra for bacon, cheese , saying we have... to pay extra 1 cad per each topping per burger, when we complained they just said it has to be charged apart basically a scam asthey know people that buy them are travellers that are not returning to complain. If you pay the most expensive burger combothey have because you want something better that the basic they sell but is the same as the MAMA burger we also order , samemeat, same bread ... so what is the difference . extremely slow. had a single order of poutine, chicken strips and a burger. sat waiting for about half an hour. a family of 4... ordered after and recieved their order a full 15 minutes before we did. servers on the tills were also slow, and did not reactto standing there and waiting for a full 10 minutes before that. floors were also disgusting and sticky, and all the garbageswere overflowing. all in all spent far too long in an over-priced fast food joint. They sold me a beyond meat burger that I ordered just before 11, then proceeded to tell me at 11:05 that they closed the grill... and could not make any more beyond meat burgers?? I already paid and don?t eat meat. We asked if we could upgrade to sweetpotato fries for the inconvenience, she said she couldn?t do anything to make up for THEIR mistake.. Bought one combo no letus no souse in it be careful everyone
I ordered a mama burger and onion rings. The mama burger was not great. It didn't seem like there was much to it to be honest.... The patty was so thin and it didn't even come with a tomato. The onion rings were good but not the best but I guess it's fastfood so what do you expect. The lady working kept messing up our order. My husband had to repeat his order multiple times, ittook a while! Then after we were waiting for our food, we skimmed the receipt and she still got it wrong after correcting her atleast 3 times. It was very annoying for us as we were hoping for a quick stop and to be on our way. Well it wasn't the casesince it took so long for us to order. We ordered the sausage and egger breakfast. The food was so greasy it completely soaked the bag. Service was slow despite having... few customers. The hash browns have a dirty oil after taste. The coffee was not pleasant we though it in the garbage. I saw thestaff touching all the food with their hands while making different orders. No hair nets etc on beards.
