It never fails to amaze me how fast food places can not ever get an order right. I usually don't eat at any of the major chains... for this reason. Decided to stop here on a whim and ordered a BLT chicken sandwich. Expectations were low and boy they suredidn't disappoint. Asked for extra tomatoes and extra Lettuce and a sesame bun instead of the rustic bun. Waited 15 mins in theparking lot. Sandwich had no tomatoes and one tiny piece of Lettuce. Not sure how its a BLT without the T! I also ordered apoutine which was awful (was expecting it to be considering its A&W) gave 2 stars solely for the young girl who brought the foodto my car. Spent a great dinner with my kids. And I promised my son I?d pitch in this 5-star review. My daughter had the beyond meat... vegetarian burger and my son had the papa burger and his mind was blown away. The place was clean and service was super. Read more
Terrible service, order was wrong from drive thru, let it go. Waiting in the parking lot for my food for over 20 minutes, the... drink ordered was even incorrect. Went inside to retrieve dinner. This location needs better training for drive thru or needsmore staff. Read more
My goodness A&W what have you done i am sad cant replace patty on best burger ever burger with a beyond meat patty. The staff... doesnt know how to punch it in...poor excuse. And they messed up our order. Forgot my wife's burger. Had to go in and waitagain. Not a good experience at all.???? Read more
The place is ok to eat especially when you have coupons on slow days you might get a burger or chubby chicken that's Luke warm... due to sitting under lights or warming box tell them you want a hot burger or chicken. Do not eat inside on busy days the placecan get trashy especially the wash rooms Fri Sat best to just drive thru I had to bus my own table at one point to eat. Read more

Dont! Just count if you got your fries and burger! Open the bun and count if you got the correct number of patties! Ordered a... double mozza burger, got a single patty burger, found out after I got home. Burger was tasty, dont rush! Count your food. Read more
