Yes service was slow, yes I had to ask for a fork and no condiments and yes the kitchen sounded very disorganized. A couple... huffy customers because of slow service. Like most fast food restaurants students have gone back to school and they haveminimal staff. Food was ok, I would give this place a few more weeks to get themselves sorted. We probably won't return. We were served by server name Anju. Very polite and courteous. The rest if the crew was happy n great. We were driving down to... Toronto and made a quick stop here. It's was close 10pm. They still has smile. They even to the point of delivering the food toour table vs calling our name out. This would be our pitstop on this route. ???? Read more
Every experience at this location has been trash. They never have staff and they never update their hours pr put up signage. We... waited 5 minutes behind a car in drove thru waiting for their order to be taken. we left, went to Wendys accross the street, andwhen we were leaving with our food, the car was atill waiting at Burger King for their order to be taken. Went through the drive thru today. And whole order is screwed again. Not the first time. Yes better burgers than Mc Donald's.... But same service. If you're looking for a BK go to Belleville. Trenton still sucks. Read more
Doors are still locked not enough employees to run front. But I feel the owner is greedy and cheep only wants to run drive thru.... Hindu employees broken English you do not get what you order after asking them to repeat your order. You get to the drive thruwhat you ordered is not even close. You can't even go inside the building to get your order fixed you have to go back throughthe drive-through and wait another 30 minutes to get to the drive-thru if you don't want to waste your time and money don't gohere Read more
Absolute worst. Normally I give second chances, even with not having the best of luck lately with fast food. Drive thru was... empty. We were the only vehicle there. Had to wait for fresh chicken nuggets, which I thought was a great start. Got home, andthey didn't give me a medium fry that I ordered. Called them and told them, they asked me to come back, so we did. The kid atthe window made no attempts at apologies or anything. He whipped open the drive thru door and flung the bag out. Half way home im noticing the bag doesn't feel like it has much to it. The picture is meant to be a medium fry. That they forgot. So... noteven upset that they offered nothing extra for messing up my order, but its almost like they gave me less than what wasdue. They also don't give receipts. Not Good tonight that?s for sure. they take my order then two mins later they ask ?do you want classic it will be a 5 min wait,... we can give you spicy if you?d like? I said I would wait. I don?t know why they wouldn?t ask that right away or just startmaking it right away. I get home it?s missing the bacon I asked for and the chicken burger and bun are hard as rock. The chickenis almost black !!! Worst I have ever seen !!! Normally they do a good job, possibly a few bad staff working tonight also thesmall girl taking the order and giving me my food was not polite and didn?t say sorry for the wait or anything.
