This was by far THE worst experience EVER!! First off the burger was made so sloppy the bun slid off with the toppings and... dripped all over me. THEN the remake was made completely wrong. The third time had a long hair in it and when we called WE weretold that we were lying. The woman blatantly accused us of making it up even though we never left the parking lot the first 2times and brought the burgers back each time to show them! The third time we had drove away because we had watched them sothought it was done right. I couldn?t believe how she spoke to us and bad mouthed her co-worker on top of it. Just went for lunch with my sister, her spouse and my family of 5 (with 3 kids under 9). We thought we?d have a quick lunch... together before hitting the road. Well. Our receipt time was 12:53pm and we sat down to eat at 1:15pm. It took 22 minutes forour order, which is in my opinion unacceptable for a fast food restaurant. We watched as the staff very slowly preparedeverything as though they had all the time in the world. It was almost comical after 15 minutes had passed. One young ladykept looking around, looking up at us, seemed like she either didn?t care to get things out quickly or didn?t really know whatshe was supposed to be doing. Can I add that there was no one in line in front of us when we came in. Also, as we suspectedwould happen after watching the disorganized and slow creation on our meals, we were missing two items when we sat down. Theydid prepare them for us when we asked. Some of the food was good, but my husband and I thought we?d order something morehealthy so we got the Swiss chalet chicken wrap combos. They are $16 each and we could barely eat them. There was no picklelike in the picture. The salad was reasonable, but the wrap I could barely eat. My husband said he saw them pull it out thefridge, take it out of plastic wrap and put it on the grill to grill it. Which means our tomatoes and lettuce got grilled aswell. Warm tomato and lettuce = yuck! My bacon was also not cooked which was pretty gross. The washrooms: big hole in thewall in one stall exposing pipes and insulation. The bathroom door was sooo sticky like it hadn?t been cleaned in days. Needless to say, we will certainly not be returning to that location. For $67 we would have been better off going to a sit downrestaurant where it may even have been faster service! Read more
Food is good. Usually pretty clean. Service is very slow. During today's visit it was a mess. I've never seen anything as... disorganized in my life. **UPDATE** So I was contacted by the store and I'm guessing by corporate as well. New thing for me froma review on here. Very apologetic and good to deal with. Was offered a discount on my next visit. Just made it back to use it(Several weeks later). It was not busy but much different. Seems like more staff were in place and jobs were dispersed better.Had no issues with the discount at all. Good service and food was still good. I have to admit that I was impressed by theirefforts to improve. Read more
Pretty disappointed. Just betore 9pm I went to get a milkshake. They say they close at 1030pm. They had already closed up that... machine for the night. I'd understand if it were 15 min before close or something but... over an hour and a half before? Read more
Delicious and fresh food! Way better than mcdonalds. I wish they had more on the menu though. More breakfast and burger options... and unless you tell them what to put on it which doesn't show what can be put on it. ( needs a physical menu to take with you) Read more
Just went to Harvey's in Trenton. The parking lot was empty. 2 staff are sitting outside having a smoke. They obviously saw me... get out of my car and go into the restaurant. I stand and wait at the counter. There is noone to be seen. After a few minutes ofstanding and waiting some guy from the back says, sorry I'll just see where everyone is. I told him not to bother as it must bea big hassle to actually look after customers. I thanked the smokers for their great customers service on the way out. Read more
Got the quarter chicken dinner with a baked potato with sourcream. They never did put the sourcream in the bag. So I just ate a... little of my chicken and my dogs enjoyed the rest of the chicken. Meat was to dry. Not a good dinner. Read more
