You can wait in a drivethru lane for 20 mins while 10+ cars from the other lane continue to have their orders taken. Once I... finally hear a voice in the speaker asking about strays. I reply I havnt ordered yet. Im then met with attitude from an olderlady through the speakers, telling to shush and wait as she's asking someone else about the strays. So after many mins ofwaiting watching your drivethru take the other lanes orders. Im met with attitude for simply stating I have no use for strays.Completely unprofessional and ridiculous. After this conversation, I waited as 2 more cars from the other lane ordered. I thenleft the drivethru and went in to order. Which was equally cautic, except atleast someone came to take my order. This McDonald'sis a dumpster fire. Either they need to cut profits and hire staff and figure out how to train their staff because this isbrutal. I won't be back Read more
Food wasn't bad. Bathroom was dirty. Toilet paper and garbage all over the floor. Water all over the counters and an unpleasant... smell. Definitely need to pay more attention to the washrooms. The dining room smelled like a washroom. Read more

The food was cold and the system to order a meal is not user friendly.After ordering it took over 10 minutes for the food to... come, it sits a long time before it is delivered, it seems that when you dine in the food takes longer and they give prevenceto the drive through as the food in the drive through is hotter. The McCleary was not mixed thoroughly as there was no of themix at the bottom 2 in of the cup. Read more
Waited 28 minutes yesterday in spot 3 for a simple breakfast order. After going in, everyone came to the conclusion that the... order was never made. We got our money back and that?s it. Nothing for the inconvenience of wasting our 28 minutes. Terriblestaff, terrible customer service, disgusting washroom. I will be contacting corporate about this and having all family membersleave a 1 star review as well. Read more
Was there this morning. Waited 5 minutes before they even took my order then waited another 25 minutes before getting my order.... Once I got home I realized my sausage mc griddle was now a sausage and egg mc griddle but decided to eat it anyway. Wrongdecision as I found 2 big pieces of eggshell. Not little pieces either. Fingernail size pieces. Last time I was there I ordered2 orders of hotcakes and realized when I got home that they didn't give me any syrup or butter. Won't be back. Read more
Service was quick and efficient - no mistakes in our order. No line-up.
Root beer was VERY warm and completely flat. Like a drink from yesterday that was sitting on the counter overnight. If this was... years ago with a $5 meal, I'd shrug it off. But today's prices of $12 per combo, you'd expect to at least get a drink that'scold. Read more
