This is a very bad location. 9 times out of 10 they get my order wrong. Half the time, the fries are soggy and expired, the... other half of the time, they aren't cooked thoroughly. They often forget to put either pickles or onions on the burger. You payto add bacon and Mayo to burgers, yet the don't put it on. They do apply the grill sticker though ????. As another commentersaid regarding sauces, you order a few packs of mayo for your fries or in place of nugget sauce and they charge you 30c each,but then don't even put them in the bag. Retraining ALL the staff is my recommendation. I've worked for McDonald's before. Yes,it can get busy, but seriously. It's not so hard to pay attention. And really. Service was strange. Guy was hanging out the window staring at people fiercely. Prep time for food wasnt quick nor was it long.... Initial presentation of food was horrible. Speed of service has gone right out the window. If it's not the regular morning lady at the drive through, it's even worse and... more times than not, your order will be incorrect. I've cut back going here because of the absurd wait times getting throughthe drive-thru in the morning can be a 15 minute ordeal. Not sure why, but it's been getting worse and worse. Read more

The family and I stopped here for a quick bathroom break. While we were here we decided to grab a beverage for the road. I... ordered a bottle of water, a bottle of chocolate milk and a hot chocolate. We waited for 20 minutes. 20 minutes for 2 bottlesand machine that pours hot chocolate. The priority for drive through was very obvious and disturbing. Machines kept beeping andit was a mad house. After 20 minutes I asked them about my order alittle frustrated and they finally decided to setve me.Theplace was dirty and very unorganized. Avoid this place at all cost. If it takes 20 minutes for 3 drinks, I can only imagine howlong food takes. The only good thing about fast food, is its fast. Read more
