Paid twice for double toppings and got less then a normal . I asked her to toss more on top and toss it back in. She was whining... about how it will be burnt. I said I like it well done I don?t care. She just didn?t want to do it .These guys are cheap !!!!Spoke with what I assume is a manger, an Indian female was rude and offered free dipping sauce lol . Don't let the three stars fool you, I recommend that you scroll down and read all the revise because there isn't very many good... ones at all. I would give zero stars if possible. reading other reviews tells me that I'm not the only one with thisexperience. This is going back a while now because I forgot to write a review. maybe a few months. pizza pizza will not upholdtheir 40 minute guarantee. My pizza was an hour and 45 minutes late. I had instructed them to call me when they got to theapartment building because my buzzer didn't work. but I received no call. finally when they arrived my phone rang and I saidthanks for the free pizza. The delivery boy said "no its not", and I told him that I've been waiting almost two hours for mypizza so its free. In fact it was free after the first 40 minutes. He continued to argue, insisting that I pay for my familiesmeal. I ended up paying for the pizza because my family was Hungry. I called the company when the delivery boy left and theyargued and hung up on me. Then soon after called me back offering me a ten dollar coupon for next time. I declined, tellingthem that we had ordered pizza almost once a week for the last two months and that they have now lost a loyal customer. Inturn, I'm glad this had happened because there is MUCH better pizza in the area that I would have never found if this situationnever came up. Worst pizza ever ordered extra cheese on a medium Pizza and could see crust all the way through with very little sauce pepperoni... and almost no cheese on the thinnest crust that I've ever seen. Came in to order 2 Panzerotti?s, the fella walks up and just stares at me, I start reading off my order, he continues to stare,... then he starts putting stuff in to the computer asking me to repeat everything that I?ve been saying while he was staring at me.Needless to say he screwed one of them up, and honestly, they were the worst panzerotti?s I?ve ever had from there. There wasabsolutely no sauce and the dough was as thin as paper. Staff was nice. The place definitely needs a tidying and a wipe down. Everything is a tad sticky ???? food was what I ordered... and was decent. If you've been to any pizza pizza before, you kind of know what you're getting for food. From what I could seeof the cooking area, it looked clean and tidy. I hope it was. Will I be back again? That's the only place my parents will eatpizza from when they visit. So, yeah I guess I probably will be at some point. Hopefully the place gets a quick clean atleast. Read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I ordered at 620 pm for a 930 delivery. Not only were they 30 minutes late (didnt... call to inform me until 945ish), I was only given a cheese pizza instead of what I had ordered. Shame because they used to bemy go to "I forgot my lunch" place. Read more
