The staff are very rude. Third time getting subs from there and the bread was dried out...not paying for stale dried up bread.

Told the guy MULTIPLE times that the orders were separate and explained in DETAIL which two were together and which one was a... separate order. Also NO ONE was there to greet us when we walked into the door. It took until I walked to the cash for him tocome out and serve us. NOT impressed. Would give 0 stars if possible. I went into this subway, there is a lady that works there, she just turned 60 and I wish I remembered her name. She was... absolutely amazing, I was out so sorts and she dealt with my randomness. I wish I could give a zero. In the time of a pandemic and business is slow for most people, you would think that they would... appreciate the business they get-clearly they do not. For the 2nd time my order was made incorrectly. We order ahead with theapp to save time and exposure and it allows us to pay as well. My husband picked up our order after waiting in line (expected)and brought it home. When my daughter and I opened our salads, it was quite apparent that the amount of salad a, items you gethas greatly diminished. We also noticed that the Monterey Cheddar was completely missing. I called the store and was basicallytold too bad, not our fault, there was a line, come back and get your cheese. Not ideal? Right? I live about minutes away fromthe store. Tried to tell him that-he just continued to interrupt me, blame the 'lineup' and couldn't even apologize for thesimple mistake. I tried to ask how items get missed on a printed order-and he kept interrupting me. When I got angry andoverspoke him an raised my voice, he basically told me "WE ARE NOT DOING ANYTHING ELSE FOR YOU!" Then I swore, basically said'how the f*&k is this my fault?' and he hung up on me. Refused to answer the phone again. So I drove to the store-where the wasno manager present so I was forced to deal with him. He greeted me with a dismissive wave and told me 'too bad, we aren't doinganything for your now', basically indicating that I had the opportunity and he wasn't going to give me what I paidfor......WHAT? HOW IS THAT OK??? Of course, an argument ensued, quite loudly. He had zero care for customer service and quiteblatantly expressed it. When he asked what I wanted-I told him that I wanted what I paid for-at which point he directed hisfemale co-worker to 'get the cheese'. I gave her my receipt that showed that it was on the order, was pleasant with her, shegave me the product and asked if I wanted my receipt back-of course I said yes. Asian girl was rude, not friendly at all, no smile and they do not put any stuff in thoses subs. I hated my experience...just... put a damn smile on your face or take another job. Read more
