Just had some to take home. I didn't get the extra sauce that I ordered for my chicken....so ripped off there. Fries could have... used more cooking. Would not accommodate patron for 1 pc of chicken with a salad without full price. Swiss Chalet should not operate with Burger... King. Badpy overpriced and it took 4 trips to get the meal right. Had to ask for condiments, ketchup, and utensils. And mealswere not correct. Read more

Ordered festive specials, they didn?t include the cranberry or chocolates. The chicken is also from a pigeon.
Need to learn how to run a business. Waited 15 minutes to order to only be told a half hour wait. Then waiting another 15... minutes while the customers ahead of us waited at the window for their food, blocking anyone else from getting out. My sisterhad similar experience the week before. My wife picked up a double leg dinner for me and a chicken salad for herself. The salad was very good but my dinner was... horrible. These people should not be allowed to serve the public. The place was not overly busy. The chicken was no bigger thana robin and it was so overcooked and dried out it must have been spinning around forever. I could not believe they would put itin the bag and expect someone to eat it.. Take some pride in what you're doing or don't do it. Get a job elsewhere. They get onestar for the salad. Read more
Called from work to place a five person order for pick up. Staff member informed us that they were swamped and understaffed and... that?s why they were ignoring our calls. Although I understand the struggles of running on minimum manning during the holidays,the level of professionalism was shocking. We were told, I don?t have time for this right now, do you want your chicken or not,and would not take our order, we were informed just to come in. Although we had our hearts set on festive specials, we simplycould not spend our money in a business that spoke to their customers like this. We went elsewhere. Didn't realize the Swiss was not sit down and order. It's in with Harvey's. Food was good, service was good but not like a real... Swiss chalet restaurant. Don't think I'd go there again for Swiss chalet. Read more
