I love coming home and taking a sip of my coffee just to have to go to my cupboard for sugar.. not the first time ... How do you... screw up 4 coffees in a row considering my whole party needs sugar.. the odd coffee is good though. Downtown is oppositehowever.. f u for making walk a while longer for a decent coffee. they can?t seem to understand how to properly make your order, multiple times i?ve asked for double toasted on bagels, or... biscuits and 9 times out of 10 they come back lightly toasted, learn to do your job, not too hard to read an order. Read more
Clean store. Usual Tim Hortons. Staff is nice for the most part, but not very good at keeping orders correct. If you're not... watching the screen when you order in the drive thru or in store, odds are your order won't be correct. Some aren't veryfriendly when the error is pointed out. Quite a few times over the years I've gotten home and stuff in the bags weren't the wayI ordered it. Kind of a pain. The managers are nice and will rectify things. Sure I should check everything before I leave. Butthe service can be a tad slow, and I hope each time that the order is correct because I'm more than ready to leave by the timemy order gets to me. I will go back though. Out of the 2 locations in this area, this is the better one. Read more
The best Tim Hortons I?ve ever been to. The customer service is impeccable. Heather and Sam are the ones I usually interact with... in drive through but the entire team is amazing. Orders are always on point, I would rather drive out of my way just to get myfood where I feel valued the most and the quality of the food is the best. Read more
Fairly fast service and usually get orders correct. Updated:March 27,2021 Went for tea and I couldn't believe all the dust on... the non customer tables.. it looked like they hadn't been cleaned in forever. Very disappointing that they can't bother to keepup appearances inside their store. This is just lazy ! You would be cleaning them if customers were able to sit there! Read more
I asked for a bagel toasted with herb and garlic cream cheese. I asked nicely to have to cream cheese spread on both sides. This... is in the drive thru. I get up to the window and ask the cashier if she just charged me for double cream cheese. The girl thattook my order punched in double herb and garlic cream cheese because it only goes on the one side. The bagel was already madewhen I got to the window and was made with " double cream cheese" because apparently it's a huge issue and time problem to takea knife and spread the allotted cream cheese on both sides of a bagel. I told the girl at the cash that I didn't ask for doublecream cheese and I wasn't paying for it. The other girl that took my order just looked at me and said " well the cream cheeseonly goes on one side" I said " is it really that big of a deal to spread cream cheese on both"?? She just gave me a dirty lookand ran away to look busy. I would have given a 0 rating but the girl that handed me my stuff was super nice. Read more
