The people doing drive through don't seem to know when the food is finished..they tell you at window that they don't have the... chili or the right bagel! Customer service is none existent. When asked to be aware of what they are out of, their answer "We'rejust doing our best" Manager gives same answer. Are they in the customer service business or not. This place is great, staff are ok and the food quality is good. Why 3 stars if they are great ? - Anytime in the summer even... during a heat wave you need your North Face jacket, hat and glove to stay more then 2 minutes inside. The AC is cranked up sohigh that if I want to go with my wife she say NO and ask me to drive to Trenton. This has been noticed on every visit thissummer. - The drive thru twist in the parking lot in a way that make it dangerous to either park or get out of your parkingwithout getting blocked by the line up or getting hit by the people coming out. If I?m being honest, this location isn?t the greatest. I usually go downtown, staff are always welcoming and friendly. I have a... speech impairment and when I pulled up to the window the lady who was making my breakfast sandwich brought it over and passed itto another lady while making a slight comment making fun of my speech impairment right in front of me. Then afterwards a youngmale passed me an iced cap without acknowledging me just handed it to me without saying hello and the ice cap was leakingeverywhere with a broke lid! I was so upset about the lady who was making fun of my speech impairment I didn?t realize the icecap was leaking all over until after I drove away shaking. And to top it off the breakfast sandwich had egg shells in it!! Icalled the store and spoke to the assistant manager? I was able to get a refund and my items replaced however the same thinghappened? I felt like I wasn?t welcomed and they didn?t correct my order properly. I was too afraid to speak in case theydecided to spit in my drink or food. The only thing that seemed to distract them was my dog. And two girls kept asking me whatmy dogs name was and I yelled out loud they still got her name wrong. I?m extremely disappointed and disgusted with thislocation. And the owner needs to have cameras with voice to see how they really treat their customers. Read more
Service is always quick and friendly and staff seem very patient and skilled at taking orders in a timely manner, but the... quality of the food is not there. I have not had one coffee that hasn?t tasted completely burnt. The quality of the food isdefinitely impacted due to the quantity of people at this location. Read more
My expereince has been very sad.I go here or use to go here every day before work .No more.How difficult is it to make a... Coffee.I mean come on .It is not rocket science. It is wrong every time ,.Not once in a Blue moon but every time.The other day.My wife who was driving almost got her coffee poured on her.The staff for lack of a better word.iS BAD .the LACK OF Attentionto Detail and the lack of Attention to there Customers IS VERY VERY BAD .Pay attention to what you are doing with the Customerand stop playing and chatting with one another about nothing ..I know this will most likely solve nothing .But there you haveit. Recently visited this location for quick lunch. Very impressive customer service by the staff on duty specially the manger was... very actively involved to taken care of every customer with politeness.
