They turn down money and terrible service and very disrespectful! I'm not very happy with the service at this Tim Hortons along... with many other as they don't pay attention to things such as the sugar machine. They run it out of sugar and don't refill itand end up give coffee with out sugar in it. This happens alot and many locations along with not having foods they should alwayshave. Showed up at 5:10pm requesting sandwich, was told they close at 6pm and can't make any food. Disappointing service!
Went after work to get an iced Cap for my son....the people in front of me placed a long order, afterwards I get to pull up to... the drive thru window and waited for 5+ mins with no communications. I couldn't leave the drive thru lane so I pulled in behindthe vehicle in front and waited another 8+ mins. I didn't have a reason to stop and talk to the girl at the window as theydidn't want to take my order, but conveniently were able to assist the vehicle behind me. Horrible customer service withhorrible wait times. As I live on the base this was my go to on the way to work. Now I will go well out of my way into town andget my refreshments. Read more
The staff at this location need to learn to listen to what people say to them. When a customer says they don?t want something on... their order they mean it. When you tell someone specifically not to put something on your food you mean it. Also the word plainis not the hardest to understand. I have had to return too many orders and have the staff tell me they don?t understand what iswrong and or trying to tell me that I must have ordered it wrong. Read more
This WAS my constant to go to Tim Horton's. Not anymore! Yesterday my husband and I were going to Belleville so stopped to grab... coffee. As my husband went to drink his coffee the lid smelled mouldy. He called Timmies and nicely explained that the lid wasfunky and was told to come back. So on way home we brought coffee back and it was replaced all was good. This morning goingthrough Timmies lady comes to the window and asks us to pull in so she can talk to husband. She was rude and stated that if wecall we should not then come into the store (we were asked to) and that her employees are calling her crying. Then she told uswe were no longer welcome at the store as all the employees are afraid of my husband.... Which is bull. We know a few employeesthere which is why we kept going even though they can NEVER get an order right the first time. For anyone who pays for somethingyou want it right, and it's not hard to make a cup of coffee! Make it right the first time and there would be no reason to bringit back in and complain. This is by far the worst Tim Hortons in Trenton!! Slow service, bad customer service, order almostalways messed up and to top it off, if you complain your asked to never come back! That in my opinion is the worst thing anemployee can do just because you don't want the complaints. Fix your priorities in your job and get service right or there willbe complaints. Read more
Although the staff were lovely, the coffee I?ve gotten the last three times visiting have been disgusting. Either machines... aren?t cleaned or it?s tap water (I?m betting tap water) but it?s definitely not the coffee I?m used to having likeBrockville?s. I won?t be getting coffee there again. Hello guys not trying to be rude but something is wrong here with the coffee or how you been making it lately. Please clean the... machines regularly or something. It is my stop every morning before work and it really ruins my day when I get a bad coffee.Maybe have a group meeting to discuss where the differences is between the staff. The other locations do not have this issue asI have tried all around trenton to see if the coffee recipe has changed. Reading the few last reviews, I was really close to pass my way for another place. I still went, being just there and not... finding anything else with a better rating in the area. Really, my experience has been really great. The two employees I spokewith were really friendly, client oriented and efficient. Order was perfect. No error of any kind on an Oder for 4 persons. Foodwas fresh. Washroom are clean. Based on my experience, it was definitively a 5 stars. Read more
