It doesn't matter what Tim Hortons it us un this town, you have to double check what a paid employee hands you for an order.... Unfortunately I have had bad luck with Tim's since Burger King bought it, rarely do I end up with what I ordered. Read more
Ordered 2 tea and 2 Farmers Wrap. Get to window and get handed one of each. I say no sorry that was for 2. Instead of an... apology I instantly get "well you only paid for one". How about LISTEN to what your customers are ordering!! This is not theonly Tims I have had this problem with but getting super tired of it. Customer service is invaluable and would have kept me ahappy customer had they actually been able to say they were sorry. Read more
I usually come here between 3 and 3:30 pm and the drive thru is usually painfully slow. Today there were 6 cars ahead of me for... ordering and it took 9 minutes just to order. Food and coffee is great but...wow. Read more
It would be better if they were quicker at serving the people who walk in their shop. There were 6 people in front of me who... were waiting mostly for coffee. Too many people working the drive-through and not enough working the front as usual. Some days Ikick myself for going inside instead of using the drive-through. Read more
They try very hard to get your order out quickly - but often at the expense of the quality. Our bagel and english muffin were... ordered at the speaker - and we drove immediately to the window and it was ready - but cold. Love the service - but I don'tmind waiting for food prepared properly. Read more
Finished ordering.. Asked if they had any doughnuts/muffins was told no? no problem I went close to closing. got to the window... and realized that the workers were actually mocking me and the way I ordered. Will not be stopping here again!! Read more
