Not the best McDonald's experiences here worker's have the wrong attitude at the start of your experience whether it be inside... establishment or through the drive thru the food is either not correct or non existant drove 14 miles expecting to dive intothat bag and start giving my family there order for it not to be there and then when you call them that experience makes youfeel like you have done something wrong which is totally wrong they should be apologetic and be glad to compromise with gettingyour experience corrected instead of Yea you coming to get you food today or something that's not the experience I would want mycustomer's to have forsure . Walked in and stood around for a few minutes- NO ONE greeted us or said they would be with us in a moment(I understand short... staffed but a simple acknowledgment would be nice instead of feeling ignored) - by the end of our meal the staff was yelling ateach-other in the back and ignoring the other customers who were waiting to order - by far the worst experience ive had here. Stopped in Kennett and ordered on their kiosk. 30 minutes later finally was told they were waiting on qtr pounder. We watched a... long line of vehicles get served immediately after ordering. Wont ever stop there again! Read more
This is ridiculous. They gave me a medium mocha when I had ordered on my phone a large. Then they had the audacity to tell me... that the cup they gave me was a large when on the side was a big bold letter ?M?. So they took it back to fix it which I don?thave a problem about and wouldn?t be writing this if they fixed it. But all they did was pour the coffee in the medium cup intothe large one, put whipped cream on top and gave it back. As you can see in the pictures the huge difference in the amount ofcoffee. Lastly, the employee was so rude; glaring and rolling her eyes at us. Read more
