This store has gone downhill. I waited 20 min for my food that I ordered on the app. I even said I was there 5 minutes early to... avoid a wait. They had only a handful of customers in the drive thru and about 6 people standing around up front. Took them 3minutes to even acknowledge me standing there. I avoid this Chick-fil-A.
