This store has gone downhill. I waited 20 min for my food that I ordered on the app. I even said I was there 5 minutes early to... avoid a wait. They had only a handful of customers in the drive thru and about 6 people standing around up front. Took them 3minutes to even acknowledge me standing there. I avoid this Chick-fil-A. I've never had a bad word to say about Chick-fil-A until now. Well I purchased a meal through drive thru. As I'm driving I'm... eating fries from the bag until I came across something very unusual. In my fries was a used bandaid. Never have I felt so sickand disgusted. Not only is someone working while injured but handling food without gloves. The implications of ingesting foodcontaminated with human body fluid or blood is scary and traumatic. The manager clearly wasn't upset. He refunded my money,gave me 2 giftcards and another order of food. I threw the food away and called corporate. Read more
Chick-fil-A delivered great service, like always. Drive through was really quick, even with an order that was upwards of $40. I... was also pleasantly surprised with the high quality of the vegetarian options offered, considering the word ?chicken? is in thename of the restaurant.
