Very DISAPPOINTED?. Be Careful before you order. We had group ordered for bowl. We had mentioned separately on each order. Brown... rice for all of them and they give white rice in all order. And they made too spicy. You couldn?t eat one bite. We need toordered pizza instead of eating chipotle bowl. Very disappointed. Not a single bowl came as we meant in order. Asked for double steak on Uber Eats. This is what I got. Not worth the money.
Better than the one in Bensalem. They close later and take dine in orders. The other one closes super early hired a bunch of... kids who look like they don't want to be there. They also only take online orders and the food is always cold. Read more
There is absolutely no reason this location should be online order only. The franchise owner should lose this franchise in my... opinion. I understand there is a labor shortage, but then simply raise your wages. It's amazing how many customers walk in ,realize its online only, then walk across the parking lot to panda express instead. At first I was confused why panda next door had a 20 person in line and there was no one in Chipotle.. Until I walked inside and... say the employee making food put on a fresh pair of gloves just to use them to wipe the sweat off his forehead and proceed totouch the food. I have no idea how chipotle remains in business when I've never been in a location that is not grossly violatinghealth codes. The staff isn?t helpful. They look at you like they?re retarded. They don?t have white meat chicken. You get small pieces of... thigh and I hate dark meat. No dressing choices, no vegetables options and very little lettuce. How do you sell salad with nocucumbers, onions, peppers? If you get a bowl, you have to get cold veggies.
