Wow what a fast service. Im very satisfied with my order, they made it so fast about 3 minutes not like other places. They got... so much good equipment inside so they made your iced tea, decaf coffee, so fast. Love it. Thank you so much. Definitely a comeback place. Read more
The egg sandwich i ordered was completely messed up, the muffin was completely hard, so i couldnt feed the bread to my baby... brother, the egg was cold and sticking to the bread and the cheese wasnt hot, but instead cold. the only thing good was the icecoffee. i am very disappointed in the service and can?t believe i wasted my money on this. come here a lot out of convenience but associates are very rude and the snackin bacon is often not prepared well at all (super... soggy and often in a puddle of grease in the bottom of the bag) they forget parts of my order a good percentage of the time.service is not good at all. I know working in food doesnt pay super great so why would they care all that much so maybe thecompany needs to add more of an incentive for associates to provide quality Read more

Terrible wraps. Ordered two. One came half put together and the outside edge of wrap hard and stale. The second wrap was well... put together but burnt. I spent 20 dollars to have a meal delivered and could not even eat it. Terrible contact support...had toanswer auto generated questions and got no where whith their robot. Literally the best. Donuts can be a little stale sometimes, but they always gave me extra munchkins when I was younger. Original... glazed is the way to go. Iced Coffee is my favorite here (honestly better than Starbucks and cheaper), and they have a goodselection of dairy substitutes. Delicious coffee rolls and bagels and hashbrowns all within walking distance it?s amazing.Customer service is great as well super friendly and know me by name. Read more
I'm from Trevose and have been to other Dunkin Donuts but that one was horrible! I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and got a... burnt/ half untroasted bagel with a slice of yellow cheese unmelted WITH cream cheese too! I won't be back. Read more
