The food at Red Robin is great! It's for this reason that I go when I'm in the mood for a burger. As for the atmosphere, I would... put it at average. It's a tad loud for my taste and there's always a lot of kids. However, I do realize that this is a greatplace for children and I don't fault them for that. It's just not my preference. The service is fine, but it would be nice to begreeted and served with a smile. The host and wait staff are friendly but they just seem like they don't want to be there.Yesterday I had the special burger which was a beer cheese fondue burger on a pretzel bun. Burgers seem tti be smaller than the last time we ate here. Had the whiskey river bbq burger. Burger was not very flavorful.... The burger was very thin and the flavor was overtaken by the taste of lettuce. Chicken wings were dry and slightlyovercooked. The salad and fries were good. Read more

Large restaurant with ample seating. Arrived around 5pm and seated immediately. Server was great and attentive. Food came out... quickly and correctly. Sat in an overflow room so theming was not great. Had small problem with tabletop kiosk but serverfixed it without problem. Read more

The service was extremely great(Thank you Ruth) and the food we ordered came out in a quick manner. Ruth was very understanding... when we asked for extra things like a milkshake/fries/sauces and went about it right away. I ordered the Scorpion Gourmet Burgerand it came out piping hot and tasted amazing. If you're passing by on the turnpike, this is definitely the place to go.
