Came to get drinks for the family. Ordered 2 Teas. I guess all of a sudden teas are now automatically unsweetened? So when I... ordered a SWEET black tea for my 12 year old, and then had to ask for a pump of sweetner and got an INSTANT attitude followed bya rude tone of ?the teas don?t come sweetened you have to tell us you want sweetner in it??uh I asked nicely? One of the best Starbucks locations I've visited. ALWAYS accurate and generally very quick. This last trip we made an error in... our order and it took them time to fix it; instead of ignoring us in the drive thru the employee had a really nice chat with mewhile the others made the drink (as she was able to fill things at the window and still stay within earshot) I have to say ireally appreciate it. She was genuine and very sweet and it made it MUCH easier to wait for my stuff; I didn't even reallynotice the wait! Thanks guys! ???? Read more

I'm not much of a coffee connoisseur so I don't know the differences between all the different drinks. But I wanted to write... this review solely based on the sausage egg and cheese English muffin sandwich. It is crispy on the outside and nice and soft onthe inside and it's the best that I've had in a long time way better than Dunkin' donuts. Good job Starbucks I would have neverthought. Read more
At first I thought customer service was great, however I was very wrong. The first issue was that I scanned the app to earn... stars, and instead of earning stars, they took stars away from my account and used a $1 off reward that I did not want to use.Im guessing the worker was aware of this because he asked someone else for help, and she just said it was fine and didn?t eventry to help him. I just let it go because I wasn?t sure what happened, all I saw was that $1 was taken off and thought maybethat was a bonus reward or something. The next issue was that I ordered a venti, and was given a tall. This wasn?t a big issue,I politely told the worker and he said it was his fault and no problem, I even offered to pay the difference in sizes because ofthe miscommunication, but he said it wasn?t a big deal. I was very pleased with this interaction until I was given this (look atpicture). They obviously poured my tall drink into a venti cup and added lots of ice thinking I wouldn?t notice. It is veryobvious noting the lack of beverage I received. If you?re going to try to scam a customer, at least add creamer or something tothe top of the cup to make it seem like you made a new one. Excellent coffee as usual with Starbucks. Had croissant and coffee latte. Croissant was good and the coffee was excellent. ... The service could be little faster. Personally I don't like the Vibes of any starbucks. But this one has the mocha cookie Frappuccino and it is my favorite drink!
