This place is a direct competitor to chick-fil-a down the street. To me Chick-fil-A is the gold standard of fast food. KFC... trexlertown may be better. The food is always well cooked and delicious. This is the second time that I get the old darkened chicken which look like been cooked for awhile I brought it at 7PM. My first... experience was when I brought the chicken when they first opened in the morning at 11am, I thought I will get the fresh cookedchicken but NO it was the old darkened chicken probably the chicken that was not brought in the evening. Been going to KFC along time. This last order and visit was terrible! Could not understand drive through person for one not... speaking slow and not very loud. Update Decided to get take out for dinner. Drive thru was fast with courteous service and prepared quickly. When I got home my... order was perfect and exactly as I ordered with nothing missing. The meal was delicious with moist and juicy chicken andfantastic sides. Thank you for your consistently great service and food. Stopped for some take out and I was very pleasedwith the service and the food. Although I have been a fan of KFC , it has been awhile so I was pleased to see the quality of thefood is still good. This location only offers drive thru or del thru grub or DD because they are so under staffed. I wasunaware I could not walk in to order food but the employee was kind enough to take my order at the walk up window. My food wasserved quickly and my order was perfect, with special instructions followed as I requested. Went with an 8 piece meal withmashed, Mac, and Cole slaw, along with biscuits. Paid $13.47 for a 3 piece meal with mash potatoes and gravy and a extra side of Mac n cheese for my Thanksgiving meal that I... bought a day early so I have it....only thing that was in my kfc bag was the the box with the 3 white pieces I wanted andnothing else...no roll no mash potatoes no dam Mac n cheese...so I spent $4.50 per piece for fried chicken...will never go outof my way to ever buy from your establishment ever again....
