Ordered 6 pc nuggets. Drive back home to discover the bag is soaked. Looked inside to discover my 6 pc nugget box was filled... with tartar sauce that leaked inside as well as on my seat of my new car. I returned to the store to present the gift they leftme in the bag. The manager didn't even apologize, nor did she ask how I would like to proceed from here. She turned around andignored me, and delighted the responsibility of customer service that she is being paid for to a worker getting paid minimumwage. The manager reopened my order to be made again. After I told her I wanted my money back,but I'm sure she couldn't hear mebecause she was too busy ignoring me. The employee presented my original order that I did not want. I had to vocally announcethat I wanted my money back as well as someone to pay for the detailing of my car since my passenger seat has now been soiledwith tartar sauce. I recieved my money for my order back. Never coming back. Again. What a joke Read more

It's McDonald's so it's what you would expect, there was a long line in the drive-thru so was going to just go inside but the... doors were locked and it was only 7pm. Looked for the hrs of operation and yeah they close the indoor ordering and seating at7pm. Read more
Waited in line for 7 minutes in the drive thru. When we got to the order screen, the menu wasn't displayed. Just the last... person's order and total. When we told the employee over the mic that we couldn't see the menu, the employee told us verbatim "Idon't control the screen." No apologies or anything for the inconvenience, just attitude in their voice. I'm sorry if you'rehaving a bad day, man, but don't ruin our morning too. ???? Read more
Just went there with my man, he asked EXTREMELY politely for barbecue sauce and she very rudely said ?22 cents? with an... attitude, then adding a snarky comment about a sign being posted. Newsflash, nobody reads those, and secondly, quit pickingfights with POLITE customers. He wasn?t rude in the slightest bit and did not deserve that rank attitude. Smfh, do better. 2 stars is generous to say the least. The attention to detail is terrible. More then 1 time I got a burger and it looked like... someone poured the condiments into the wrapper itself. I wouldn't recommend this location in my opinion Read more
After renovations, the dine-in became fantastic. There is a variety of high tables and traditional ones. Food quality is good.... The playing area is still closed, yet a couple of touch screen monitors are locatedin the playing area so kids can play games onthem. The women restroom is on the side of the playing area, where the men restroom is on the opposite side by the cashier desk. I recommend you check your order after you get it drive-thru because there will most likely be something missing; specially ifit is a big order. Read more
I stopped by after work to grab McRibs for dinner while they were still available. I initially thought that it would be a quick... in and out because the line wasn't that long. There were 4 cars in front of me. I waited 8 minutes before even getting to placean order. I watched several cars behind me park and attempt to order inside but it was closed already, at 6:30. I ordered just4 McRibs, 2 with heavy pickle and onion. No fries, no drink. I got a heavy sigh when I asked for the extras. There was noapology for the wait when I got my order. When I got home I initially confused my 2 McRibs with my husband's because heavypickle and onion apparently means 2 pickles and a few small slices of onion. I knew there was a reason I rarely frequent thisMcDonald's even though it is so close to my home. Read more
