Stopped in to Trexlertown Wendy's today. During lunch rush. Staff was polite and fast. I had 6 orders in front of mine and only... waiting 5 minutes tops to get my order. Food is hot and fresh. I dined in, which I don't normally do. Dining room is clean,tables looked wiped down, floor swept and mopped. Bathrooms were clean and smelled like they were recently cleaned. The cokemachine was out of a few different flavors, but the basics were there, and I understand supply chain delays. My family haspicked Wendy's over all other fast food chains my entire life and this was probably my best experience, not to say most othersweren't good, this was the best. Went to get a spicy hot and honey chicken sandwich combo meal. Open up the sandwich to found a long black hair in my food!!!... Really nasty and disgusting! Not going back to this location. Read more
I spent $12.80 on a Pretzel Bacon chicken sandwich medium combo with a chocolate frosty, I was really excited to try it. Speed... of food was relatively quick, but they gave me a burger instead of a chicken sandwich, even though I explicitly asked them for achicken sandwich in the drive thru. Extremely disappointed. Update: I came back the next day and they remade me my sandwich forfree with a free drink ???? the sandwich was absolutely amazing and I can?t wait to try it again. Read more
Stopped for breakfast and was very pleased with the food and service. Ordered the bacon egg and cheese breakfast. The sandwich... and potatoes were way better than McD's! And, the manager was so nice and even checked in with us to ask what we thought of thefood. Read more
Very quick through and friendly Usually those things don't always come with fast food places in the area. I can't stomach... onions ???? you can't just take them off pre made burgers. Aware of it the young lady assured she would take care of itpersonally and she did plus separated it in a different bag from everything else in our order. ???????? Read more
Came here a few times recently but the last visit was ridiculous. They are always closed earlier than they say. Most recent time... I placed an order on the app, picked it up and I waited in line for about 15 minutes before actually getting my order. The guyin front of us in the drive through got the incorrect order, which was most likely mine but I can?t say for sure. Then I gettold by a manager that they had no fries left, and no chocolate frosty. I was ticked. They then gave me extra chicken nuggets.Mind you, the line at this place is usually long. The line was nuts once I finally got my order after waiting for 15 minutes. Ithen look and here I?m missing part of my order! I wasn?t waiting in line again. Luckily I saw the lady walk out to the guy whowas before us, she then went back in and got me my missing order and gave an extra. Overall this lady was nice and fixed theissue but this company needs to get their stuff straight and get this location more help. On top of this, the sign and speakerwith screen is so outdated. Plus most of the time I come here, the people in the drive through are ignorant or just careless. Iused to love Wendy?s. Update march 28, 2022. When eating in for breakfast we noticed that they make the home fries fresh just for our order. No wonder... they are fresh and crispy every time. Update November 2, 2021. Dining room again open for lunch and dinner. Frostys nice coldand firm and employees friendly. Read more
Stood in line while one woman was bent over back counter with rear toward me, on her cell phone watching a video, she glanced... back at me then back to her phone, after about 5 min another employee asked if there was an open front register, another, maybemanager, said no as there were no inside customers, finally one took initiative to wait on me. No sorry for delay, no welcomenothing. This is worst fast food service ever. Then after getting order, soda machine not working. Took ten minutes to getsomeone to look at, 10 more to get working, then they just walked away. No, it's working now, sorry for the wait. Terrible placeto got. Read more
