Our first time here while on a Roadtrip. I got the Wednesday special Reuben with French fries and my mom got the Extra special... BBQ Beef Cheddar sandwich with fries. They were both amazing! The BBQ had amazing flavor!! Read more
I wanted to love it, but unfortunately it did not live up to my expectations. I really enjoyed the theme of the restaurant in... the names of the items. I had the oilfield trash Burger, it had some of my favorite items that I like on my burger. It hadexcellent flavor it was grilled to perfection. Unfortunately the bun was very dry. I had expected fresh cut french fries, butthis was my fault I did not read the menu proper I had to request those. I also had the lava cake and again my expectation wasthat it would possibly be a homemade lava cake. It was very dry and I'm guessing that it was just warmed up in a microwave,there was some spots that were still pretty cold and some that were warm so it was not heated very evenly. We placed an order for pickup and it was ready on our arrival. The employees were courteous and friendly. The food was delicious... and plentiful. We've also eaten inside the Hillbilly Snack shack a few times. The restaurant is tastefully decorated as rusticcountry. It's clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and attentive to their customers' needs. The food is quicklyserved and everything that we've ordered has been delicious and reasonably priced. Read more
