Solid 3 stars. The restaurant was reasonably clean, food was fairly good and the service was friendly and efficient. Prices are... a bit higher than I expected, but the portions were generous. The only thing that seemed odd was the breading on my fish, whichwas more like chicken tender breading rather than the typical beer batter style and the fries were underwhelming and though notcold, weren't hot either. I have had better and I've had worse, but the staff was friendly and eager to please and the menu hada wide variety of options with plenty of daily specials. It's worth a visit and I'd go back. Usually there food is good but my husband stopped and picked up food tonight and brought it home. We live about 45 min away. I... took 2 or 3 bites and the bacon cheeseburger was not done. Gross ????. I was really disappointed. The wings were good and thechips were also but do a cut test on your burgers and check them for crying out loud and make sure they are done before theyleave your establishment/ kitchen. Read more
We were greeted, seated, and served very quickly. The server was polite but did seem to disappear after taking our initial... order; we needed refills and she was hard to find even though the restaurant was not busy at all. The food was very good,fresh, and came out quickly. Better than expected for a franchise. Prices were reasonable. We visit this location a few times a year and as always the service was excellent as well as the food. We have tried a variety... of menu items and always enjoy everything. It’s always clean and we love the decor and atmosphere. Great family friendly spotto eat. Read more

I can't begin to tell you how disappointed I am in this Quaker Steak and lube. Normally being a car guy, I love to stop at any... Quaker Steak and lube location. They are car themed so the decor is always cool and the wings and burgers are great. But thislocation missed the mark. I stopped in on my way back home from Maryland for lunch. The waitress suggested that I try their newbeef brisket, which I should have known that this is wings place and what do they know about cooking brisket? So I tried it andguess what... it really wasn't that good as a matter of fact It might have been the worst brisket I've ever had in my life. Addthat to the fact that the waitress spent more time talking to the other waitresses than waiting tables it was definitely not agood experience at this Quaker Steak and lube. the Good thing is that this isn't the one near my house so I feel bad notstopping back. I had ordered nacho supreme with chicken and potato soup to go last Friday evening ( black Friday) . When i got home, i realize... that they have not gave us the chicken. I tried calling and after it rang over 8 times, i just hung up and chalked it up as alost. With all that said the staff was amazing, they greeted me and was very attentive when i was picking up my order, it wasblack Friday evening so i understand they had a long day; however, i did pay for something and did not receive it.
